Local Family Needs Your Help

There is no greater feeling than to help out a neighbor, or even a stranger.

When I found out about the family of Timothy McCarthy, I had to help. McCarthy was diagnosed with a rare, always fatal disease called Creutzfeldt-Jakob-Disease (CJD).
He has two daughters and a wife and all of their lives are upside down.

McCarthy can no longer work and wife Duana, who works full time, is splitting her time between Timothy's care, their daughters and her job.
The family is coming to grips with the fact that Timothy's time is short and that the family needs to be prepared financially. Can you imagine being in that situation?

Some friends of the family have stepped up to create a "go fund me" page to help build funds for the McCarthys, in particular the daughters.
