Louie G’s Dumb Criminal of The Week Pick

There is never a shortage of candidates for my dumb criminal of the week award. And this week is no different.

Sometimes, things that seem obvious to you and me are not so obvious to other people. This might be one of those instances.

Talk about stupid criminals, police in Pennsylvania say 35-year-old Christopher Durkin allegedly tried to sell drugs in traffic court! It seems after Durkin appeared Monday to face charges of driving under suspension, he attempted to sell Suboxone pills to another man in the courtroom.

Deputies searched Durkin and he was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver. Now he gets to come to court again. (ABC News)
