Pumpkin Cheesecake Protein Shake Recipe

After I saw we were making the Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes tonight, it reminded me of a protein shake that I make. It’s very seasonal with the pumpkin and high in protein. AND it tastes great, because let’s face it, protein shakes aren’t always the tastiest, so you will be pleasantly surprised! Try it out and let me know what you think! Oh and pumpkin is very good for your skin, so another added bonus!
Pumpkin Cheesecake Protein Shake
6 oz of canned pumpkin
1 Cup of milk of your choice or water
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use high protein powder)
1 TBS of fat-free, sugar-free Jell-O Cheesecake instant pudding
1 TBS of cinnamon
Blend up with some ice and YUM!
