Every season there’s a few new hair trends that we love to follow especially if our favorite celebs are wearing them out and about.

Whether your hair is long or short there is always something to spice up that hairstyle from last season. Now that we are into March, here is a look at the upcoming spring hairstyles.

The Boy Cut: This is a celebrity favorite with Scarlett Johansson and Miley Cyrus. It’s short, cool for the warm weather we hope to see during this time of year and super easy to manage in the morning. It’s a simple process to run your hand through with a little product or hairspray and you’re good to go! If you’re feeling brave for an even shorter look you can always buzz the sides. Some related cuts: The boyish pixie.

The Non-Style: Not feeling the short hair? Long layers are also in. Not a lot of maintenance or effort required here either. You don’t even need to keep up on trimming the ends! Just let it grow and style itself!

The Asymmetrical Bob: You can find this look on Nicole Kidman. It’s the bob that’s parted on the side for an uneven look.

Believe it or not, as much of a unique color red once was it is the color everyone wants now! The rich and deep colors are in this time of year!

There were several celebrities were spotted wearing some shade of red on the red carpet at the recent awards shows so why not join the trend?

Here are the three shades of red we found to be popular for the spring time:

  • Copper Red: Emma Stone and Oscar winner, Julianne Moore rocked this shade of one dimensional red during this award season. Think of red velvet cake or Kool-Aid.
  • Chestnut Red: You can spot Julia Roberts in this shade of red. It’s almost a light shade of brown with a touch of red.
  • Strawberry Red: We’ve seen a lot of strawberry blonde in the past but strawberry red is the new look. This is a more natural look of the color red.
  • Monotonal Brunette: This dark brown solid color is in for that glossy look. Katie Holmes is famous for this color.
  • Caramel Blonde: Blondes we haven’t forgot about you! It’s a warm and buttery tone. Don’t let those strikes show! The secret is to smooth and blend it out! The summer sun will help too!

Now that you’re prepared for spring you can make that appointment with your stylist and find the trend that fits you!
