Wow did I over eat last night at the Super Bowl party I went to! I knew I would before I even went. So I planned ahead and made sure I knew exactly what I was going to have for breakfast and lunch and I got them all ready for today.

So today’s time saving tip is to plan ahead and pack your lunch the night before. This way when your Monday gets out of control and time escapes you, you won’t be tempted to run out for fast or junk food. Also plan your breakfast beforehand too. If you start your day out with a plan it will help you stick to your goals better than if you just wing it!
