Summer is coming so we will all be fretting about having a phenomenal looking mid section to go with our skimpy beach bikinis.

I haven't tried this particular routine yet but have done all the moves in it at some point. This week, I am going to try it out every day and see how it works although for someone who works out a lot like myself, I'm thinking this will not be enough to get me the results I want.

I wanted to bring up the topic of what the girl is wearing for a bit. I see in the comments, a lot of people have a problem with her wearing a bikini and think she posted the video just for attention. Even if she did post the video for attention, it is somewhat instructional and she must have worked hard to look that good so I see absolutely no problem with it. What's your opinion on this?
