Too often I hear people saying "I'll start my diet on Monday" or "January 1st I start my new lifestyle". But why not start all of your resolutions today?! I feel like people are going to over indulge over the holidays, making themselves have to work THAT much harder on Monday or January 1st. Do yourself a favor and begin working on your resolutions today!
