New Year’s Eve Party for Kids at Broome County Public Library

Kids LOVE parties, so they will love this party.

There will be a New Year's Eve party for kids, ages 3 and older at the Broome County Public Library. The party will be from 2:30-3:30. The Library is located at 185 Court Street in Binghamton.
