Tanya’s “REALLY!?!?” Moment Of The Week – Guess I Discovered In The Parking Ramp

So this morning I was coming into work and I discovered that in the parking ramp someone decided to dump their ashtray. REALLY!?!?! Why would someone do that when about ten feet from where they dumped the mess is a trash can? I feel bad for the person who had to clean up this mess.
