What is the Best Hair Salon in the Southern Tier?

I don't know about the rest of you, but I am very picky when it comes to someone doing my hair! For most of my life I didn't let any stylist touch my hair unless I was related to them. But, I have finally finally found a stylist who I absolutely love! There's nothing like going into a salon with a vision for your hair and having your stylist bring it to life!
